A background of tumbling & gymnastics as a child, later evolved into a love for group fitness. I spent over 3 years as a certified Pure Barre Instructor, connecting and empowering women of my community. It was through my teaching career that I was extended the honor to be a Lululemon Ambassador. I later became immersed in the study of fat loss & hypertrophy training, which sparked my pursuit & love for competitive bodybuilding, and powerlifting. In 2021 I won my first NPC show as the Overall Winner in the Wellness division & 2022 I won my Pro Card in wbff.
I’m a certified Strength & Performance Training & Nutrition coach. I’ve been taught & certified by the world's leading experts & am an Ambassador of Clean Health Fitness Institute.
